I have an extreme tendency towards masturbation, over the past couple of years it's morphed into not just reading stories or playing, I will at times watch porn or get on sex chat sites. I can go a few weeks and think I'm doing really well and then relapse back into it and do it a few times in a day. I have a problem. I frequently find myself thinking about the conversations I have had throughout the day and the things I have seen.
