sleeping pills and wine = DISASTER

I take perscription sleeping pills. They work fine. I had a few glasses of wine, it was a delicious bottle. An old girlfried called me. I was already in for the night, almost asleep. She talked me into coming over. I would normally never do that. My girlfried is out of town, she would not be pleased with what happened.

The pills and wine turned me into something I could have never imagined. Now, I am guilty of sex with an old girlfriend and I slightly damaged my car on the way home.

Easily the stupidist night of my life. When will I realize that in a society we don't behave this way? When will I stop thinking that all the rules don't apply to me. I have taken all contact info out of my life for the old girlfriend and have blocked her number. I don't want to be mean, but this is far too dangerous.

If I can just survive this mistake it will never happen again, and I know that never is a very long time.
